Hi, I’m Sabine. I’m a scientist turned entrepreneur, a passionate advocate for gender parity, and a firm believer in the limitless potential of women. My own career path has been anything but a smooth upward climb on the career ladder. From starting over in Germany after years of experience in the United States to navigating a completely new industry, I’ve experienced the unique challenges women face. These experiences fuel my passion for supporting women to create careers they love. I offer practical guidance on everything from personal branding and networking to self-advocating and navigating transitions. Every woman has the power to design a deeply fulfilling career and create a meaningful legacy.

My Journey
As the co-founder of four businesses (some successful and some not) and co-CEO of Seuss+, I’ve learned to merge entrepreneurial energy with a thorough, effective business strategy. My approach balances visionary ideas with actionable steps, turning potential challenges into opportunities for growth. My experiences in the U.S. and now Germany, where I’ve lived and worked for over 26 years, have shaped my “can-do” attitude and understanding of cross-cultural dynamics.
Navigating complex business landscapes has taught me the value of collaborating with trusted advisers. I believe deeply in the power of trust as the foundation of all professional relationships, which has helped forge lasting partnerships that lift both organisations and individuals to greater heights.
Beyond my business roles, I am deeply committed to supporting and empowering women. Since 2012, I have held numerous volunteer roles with the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association, including serving as President for the EMEA region and as a member of the Global Board. This work is a vital part of my life, aligning with my personal values and my desire to contribute meaningfully to the community. I always encourage others to do the same.
